Why Electronics?

We use electricity in our every day lives, but the electronics around us largely operate without us being fully aware of how they work and the underlying principles to which they operate. The “how” of electronics working is best answered through hands on experimentation and with guided lesson plans.

By creating your own electrical circuits, it allows current to flow through our electronic devices to produce light, sound, heat and a variety of other effects. Of course, that is an easy statement to make but one that is much harder to explain or demonstrate. That is where EdgeUTech Electronic classroom kits and lessons come in.

When teaching about electrical circuits is included in a student’s basic education, they become far more knowledgeable about the world around them. Many who learn about electronic circuits will even go on to a rewarding career in electrical engineering and in using the principles of electric circuitry to improve the world around them. The best way to learn about circuits is through hands-on projects in which circuits are built and used, and there is no shortage of possibilities for these projects.

There are 80+ lesson plans designed for students to build their projects such as FM radio, recorder, doorbells, and much more! Each lesson plan provides detailed instructions that are easy for students to follow and make larger circuits. While creating the projects, students learn about sensors, resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits and much more!

Renewable sources are abundant and provide clean energy. Our endeavor is to show students the collection and use of energy from renewable sources such as sunlight.
