Terms & Conditions

These standard terms and conditions apply to all sale of products or provision of services by EdgeUTech Global Pty Ltd ABN 16 638 180 613 / EdgeUTech Holdings Pty Ltd ABN 25 309 202 323 (“EdgeUTech”) to any customer (“the Customer”).


By placing an order with us via the website you are purchasing the products listed in the order and pay us the applicable purchase Price (including any delivery fees). Subject to any cancellation, a binding contract for the sale of the products listed in an order submitted via the website is formed once we send an email accepting the order to your email address as specified or contained in the order.


You need to pay the applicable purchase price (including delivery fees) using one of the methods provided on the website. Surcharges may apply to some methods of payment, as mentioned on the website. At any time we may decline to accept any payment, or require evidence of your identity, including where any irregularity or suspected fraud arises.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, we will not commence delivery of the products until we have received cleared payment of the purchase price in full.


Delivery by Australia Post

We will arrange shipping of the products to the delivery address specified in your order within Australia and New Zealand. We do not deliver to areas in Australia where the Australia Post delivery network is not available.

Deliveries to post office boxes are not permitted where delivery is by courier. If delivery is by courier and nobody is available at the delivery address to accept delivery when delivery is attempted then the courier may either:

  1. leave the relevant parcel at the unattended address (the courier will do so if specified in your delivery requirements); or
  2. re-attempt delivery at a later time or date, in which case we may charge you an additional re-delivery fee.


You are responsible for all insurance of the products in transit unless we otherwise agree in writing.

Risk of Loss

Risk in the products will pass to you at the time of delivery to the applicable shipping address or, if applicable, upon collection by you. If a product is left unattended at the shipping address and is subsequently stolen then the theft is your responsibility, not ours. If any product included in an order is missing at the time of delivery then we recommend that you contact us immediately, as it will assist us in verifying and rectifying more quickly any error that has been made.


EdgeUTech hereby limits the amount of its liability in the case where the products or services are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for educational or toys to be used at home for learning and play, at EdgeUTech’s option, to:

(a) In the case of products, any one or more of the following:

  1. the replacement of the products or the supply of equivalent products;
  2. the repair of the products;
  3. the payment of the cost of replacing the products or of acquiring equivalent products;
  4. the payment of the cost of having the products repaired; or

(b) In the case of services:

  1. the supplying of the services again; or
  2. the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Subject to the above, under no circumstances will EdgeUTech be liable for any loss or damage to persons or property of any nature as a result, direct or indirect, of any defect, deficiency or discrepancy in products or services sold or supplied by EdgeuTech. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the products or services supplied are sufficient and suitable for the purposes of the Customer.

The Customer waives any claims, demands, causes of action or recoveries for punitive, exem­plary, indirect or consequential damages arising under this Agreement, or otherwise with respect to the sale of goods or services, and completely indemnifies EdgeUTech, without limitation, for any lost revenues or profits, consequential or incidental damages, injury to persons or property, business interruption or damage to business reputation, including any tort or statutory causes of action, in relation to the supply to it by EdgeUTech of any goods and services, which EdgeuTech may supply to the customer.

Return/ Credits

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for  credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Defective Products

Subject to you returning the faulty product to us (at your cost), and only where required by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law, if applicable), we will honour any obligation to:

(a)  replace or repair the product sold to you;

(b)  provide a refund

It may take few weeks for us to assess and repair the product (if applicable), or arrange for the manufacturer to do so.

In case, product was returned on the basis that it is faulty, but we reasonably determine that it is not faulty, then you must pay a testing fee of $25 per product, and we are not obliged to return the product to you unless you pay a further Delivery Fee.

Change of mind returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, EdgeUTech will offer you a credit or refund provided that:

  • You return the item within 14 days of purchase;
  • You include a copy of your original invoice when you return the item
  • The item is in re-saleable condition including that:
  • It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
  • It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition; and

If these requirements are not satisfied EdgeUTech reserves the right not to offer a credit or refund for change of mind returns.

EdgeUTech reserves the right to:

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Please note:

  • Your original invoice is the best form of proof of purchase
  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method

Customers Authority

Where the Customer is a company, society, association of persons, or trustee, EdgeUTech shall not be concerned to inquire into the powers of the Customer or its directors or other agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, nor is EdgeUTech concerned to inquire into the powers of the trustee in order to ascertain whether the trustee is functioning within the terms of his trust, and any credit extended by EdgeUTech in reliance upon a professed exercise of such powers shall be deemed to form part of the principal debt and liability even where the obtaining of such credit shall be in excess of the powers of the Customer or the Directors or other agents aforesaid or of the trustee or shall be in any way irregular, informal or defective.


Any orders placed with EdgeUTech are on the basis of these terms and conditions unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by EdgeUTech. In the event of any inconsistency between any terms and conditions in the Customer’s order and these terms and conditions, EdgeUTech will be deemed, by delivering the product to the customer or supplying services to the Customer, to have made an offer to the Customer, to sell the products or to supply the services pursuant to these terms and conditions, which offer will be deemed to have been accepted if the Customer retains the products or accepts the services.


EdgeUTech may add to or change these terms and conditions provided the updated terms and conditions are available to be viewed on line at The  customer will be bound by and agrees to accept any such updated terms and conditions.


The law of the State of New South Wales shall apply to these terms and conditions and sales by EdgeUTech.
